Ok, so I disabled every single plugin, and the links worked. By process of elimination, I enabled one plugin at a time, verifying each time that the links still worked. And wouldn't you know, the culprit was Route301! I can't explain it, as I'm positive I've disabled that plugin earlier and had the problem persist.
