Hi,

AFAIK there has never been an official end of Habari. All the people who 
did the biggest part are now too busy to continue work on Habari, some have 
also lost interest.

For s9y, there is only an import plugin s9y to 
Habari. https://github.com/habari-extras/s9yimport

You might be able to change that to work the other way round but I have not 
personally looked into it.
