pf.os can be securely updated for the OpenBSD values up to 4.5
OpenBSD will include a modified pf in 4.6 and there new test are needed
to ensure they still match.

I would maybe test other OSs if there's a interest into keeping it
somehow "more recent".

I did not added AerieBSD yet but it's no problem I think to do so.
