The wiki is open, you can push yourself your changes. Information can be found here: http://suckless.org/wiki/ The idea basically is to create a new directory with an index.md explaining your patch and providing a link to it (that you would upload alongside it). You can look at how other patches are published there. Thanks for your interest!
