Apologies not explaining further as I thought the title was enough. The "dead" space between keys for touch screens causes more missing of keys as typing via touch is imprecise. I have found since reducing the gap I have less issues with typing and can increase my words per minute. Only other thing could be increasing the register zone is another method of reducing typing mistakes due to the precision needed currently. But just changing these values it can still be reversed if people don't like the new settings so it is still backwards compatible.
