Replace the uhd.usrp_source and uhd.usrp_sink with an osmocom source and sink.
Note that it looks like this sample assumes full-duplex hardware. The HackRF is only half-duplex. You'll need to do more extensive modifications to make the script half-duplex OR use a second radio (such as a cheap rtl dongle) on the receive path.
