Yes, this seems like it might be the explanation.
It would not be good to commit build code that requires a sensor that doesn't yet exist!

Hmm... I know I edited hackystat.sensor.build.xml yesterday for the hacky-sclc
taskdef
and I committed that. Is that the problem?
