Greetings, all,
Just a quick sync on the status:
* FileMetric SDT is evolved. SVN update and generate the docbook to see the structure and
current "optional but common" attributes on the pMap.
* See my email earlier today for an example of how to write sensors with pMaps. This
should be useful to the Cedric (Jira) and Julie/Austen (XmlData, SCLC).
* I discovered this morning that BCML just plain doesn't work. The XML file it outputs
does not contain any metric data. So, there's no use in updating the BCML sensor. I will
make a Jira issue and give it to Takuya; for now, I think we should take hackySensor_BCML
out of all configurations but ALL to avoid giving people the idea that BCML is a viable
tool.
* I have converted hackySensor_Cccc to the new FileMetric format.
* I am going to convert hackySensor_Locc tomorrow, which finishes off HACK-502, then
start on the SDT docbook chapter (HACK-496).
What I presume is being worked on at the moment:
- Austen: XmlData (HACK-402)
- Julie: Sclc (HACK-505)
- Mike: Eclipse DevEvents (HACK-492)
- Cedric: Jira (HACK-514, 515, 516)
Cheers,
Philip
