Argh! When I checked him out before, I saw that he had "c:\jira" in his
workspace roots and figured he was good to go.
This feels like the 12th time in the past couple of weeks that we've had a
problem due to case-sensitive workspace roots!
I think Hongbing gets back today. :-)
