[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Perl Editor or Eclipse Plugin for Perl

Hello all,
Does anyone know of a decent free Perl editor (that lists all the 
functions so I can find them easier...) for Linux or a good Eclipse 
plugin?  I have tried one Eclipse plugin for Perl call EPIC but it is 
really bad.  I typed one $ and it hung and I had to kill my Eclipse...
