16 min is too long by today's standard. We have huge improvement last

here is an interesting performance problem. I've been running an ant script
that pulls charts from a Hackystat server for the past few weeks. And I noticed
that the time that it took to successfully execute went from 16 to 23, and then
to 80 minutes. I just noticed that the past few days it was 80 minutes, but
everything seemed to work fine. Even the Hackystat analyses them selves were
responding as usual. So, I decided to restart the Hackystat server. Now, I'm
back to 16 minutes. Lets see if the trend will continue.
