I bet someone forgot to delete the preexisting checkstyle jar file in
the Ant lib directory. At least I know I did and got the same error.

Three guesses why the build failed. First two don't count.
Anyway, here's the error message:

<checkstyle> type doesn't support the "classpathref" attribute..
Cedric, since the <checkstyle> type supports the classpathref
attribute on my local box, there must still be something
misconfigured on the dev box. When you come in tomorrow can you check it out?
