Hmm. I assume that this is because I updated the Tomcat version on the
public server this weekend.
Hongbing: what is the correct way to install Jess? And why didn't any unit
tests fail when I ran them on the public server. (At least, I _think_ that
no unit tests failed--please check the public server console to see.)
