I have tested most modules. It seems that Hongbing's latest commit of
ProjectManager.java has fixed the junit failure we had. Thanks,

There are about 20 unit test failures across 10 modules. I expect
that these are due to the J2EE 1.4 upgrade that Cedric did
yesterday. Cedric: can you look at these today? Also, please check
the ant log: there are some new warnings that appear related to this
upgrade.
Also, the hackystat-all now takes 271 minutes. Isn't this a lot
longer than before? I am wondering if the resolver.jar file is in
the ant/lib directory? Hongbing, can you check?
All in all, I am quite happy to see build failures for understandable
reasons! :-)
