[HACKYSTAT-DEV-L] Code Issue DailyProjectDetails

Hey Guys,

I've noticed that HACK-733 - Update DailyProjectCodeIssue to use new 
DPD design (http://hackydev.ics.hawaii.edu:8080/browse/HACK-733) was 
completed by Cedric.  I assume that this has made its way to the 
public server already.  But, when I run the analyses I don't see 
separation of tools in the code issue data 
(http://hackydev.ics.hawaii.edu:8080/secure/attachment/10241/10241_DPD_CodeIssue.jpg) 
as Austen implemented in his branch.  Was this feature discontinued? 
If it was, I think we should definitely think about adding back in.
