Here's a patch with necessary scripts etc. to automate the 'test-libhdfs'
target...
Could you please ensure that src/c++/libhdfs/tests/test-libhdfs.sh has the
'executable' bit turned on? It's necessary to execute that shell script which
does most of the heavy-lifting when it comes to automating 'test-libhdfs'.
