Here is a second draft of the document that describes HDFS architecture, design
and features. This incorporates most of the feedback I have received so far.
Review comments welcome.
I am attaching a MS Word Doc as well as a HTML document.
I plan on checking in these documents into source-code-control. I would be
creating a top level "doc" directory (at the same level as "src") and check in
the doc(s) there.
