We should document the requirements for building the native libraries.
A link to a wiki page should be added to src/java/overview.html. The wiki page
should provide instructions and requirements for building the native code on
various platforms. Ideally Fedora/Redhat, Ubuntu, Windows and Mac instructions
should be provided.
