Thanks Tom. Simon is a performance metrics monitoring system for distributed applications. We have an interface for it that plugs in to the service provider interface (SPI) in Hadoop metrics, allowing close-to-real-time monitoring of Hadoop itself as well as for Hadoop applications. Currently Simon is not open source, but we would like to make it open source at some point.I've just fixed this. Thanks David! BTW, what's Simon?
