Attachment: hadoop1424.patch
Restore HLocking and HStore, HRegion, and HMemcache's use of it for cross
thread locking in place of java.util.concurrent.locks.ReentrantReadWriteLock.
This issue does not show on hudson build nor on most of the machines
hereabouts; I have to run it on a limp old linux box to generate the
IllegalMonitorException.
