Enis, I still think we need to mark user-killed tasks as {{FAILED}} rather than
{{KILLED}} to ensure this penalizes the job & hence the user...
Also, it would make me much happier if you used
{{TaskInProgress.incompleteSubTask}} to kill the task as soon as the JT
receives the user's instruction rather than queuing it up via the list and
acting on it later. I generally prefer to maintain as less state as and when
possible...
