Sorry about not realizing the problem I was creating. I still think it is worth
removing the ant.jar from our build, since pretty much by definition it is on
the class path of the invoking ant. I'm not sure how, but it is on the
classpath for javac, but not javadoc. Does anyone know ant details well enough
that this is obvious?
