No - you got me right :)

IMHO logging facades are better suited for frameworks ...less useful  
for applications. So I am +1 for using the implementation directly  
whenever you start writing a new app ...but changing logging  
implementations is always a pain. So if you want to depend on a  
certain implementation - make sure it's "the right one" :)
