LzoCompressor.finished doesn't check whether the user actually wants to finish

{{LzoCompressor.finished}} needs to check the *finish* variable, set when the
user wants to finish compression and flush compressed data to the underlying
stream.
The problem with this is that the user cannot chain writes to
BlockCompressorStream without resetting all the time...
