I believe the forrest docs will still need release specific sections because
the forrest docs end up in 2 different contexts:
1) inside the release tar.gz bundle (these are therefore in the context of the
release)
2) posted on the website, potentially refreshed every night from trunk (these
are not in the context of any specific release)
