No. This feature is an option that will, IMO, be used infrequently. The hbase
start scripts are already crowded. It would be better to have your own start
script. It could sit beside all other hbase scripts in bin but you might want
to make it independent of any direct hbase dependencies -- i.e. not have it
source other hbase scripts -- so this feature can be installed apart from an
hbase install.
