with this patch client is not going to close the connection.. so the server
problem may not as bad. That depends on how we handle the individual RPC
timeouts
What about the timeout for RPCs (set by users) as opposed to timeout for
connection. There is no use of Server excuting RPC that are timedout on client
side.
