I agree that transmitting the job.xml data via RPC is probably the best
long-term solution. The job.jar file is also a potential issue. Perhaps we
can move all access to it to the task jvm, instead of having the tasktracker
unpack it? But, again, the short-term solution of placing both of these in a
world-writable, system-readable directory works fine.
