Attaching an updated patch with above proposed changes.
I am not so comfortable with the readFields() problem. writer uses one class to
write fields and reader uses different class to read. To make it a little bit
more correct, RawLocalFileStatus#write() loads the information so that reader
sees correct values (at the cost of running external program).
