Here's a patch for hbase to make it work w/ jetty6. I tested that hbase
servlets still work and that hbase tests pass.
Deveraj, a minor comment: you might want to check out how the '/stacks' servlet
is being added in HttpStatusServer. By my count, its being added two times at
least and probably three.
