Description:
The secondary name node was unable to start.
Early investigation suggests that the secondary node was not provisioned the
same as the primary node, and entered a swapping regime.
This report can be dismissed if provisioning is the complete explanation.

Latest problem is the namenode's node started swapping when receiving
the new fsimage from the secondary namenode.
