Patch looks great. I tried applying it but Tests don't compile because
TestTableMapReduce is looking for TableOutputCollector. Would you mind fixing
this? (FYI, there is an outstanding 'patch available' that changes MapWritable
to HbaseMapWritable but we can deal if that goes in before this patch does).
