Ooops, then i'd recommend Hbase API instead of HQL.

You can use these. For example :
HBaseAdmin admin = new HbaseAdmin(conf);
HTableDescriptor tableDesc = new HTableDescriptor("webtable");
tableDesc.addFamily(new HColumnDescriptor("anchor"));
tableDesc.addFamily(new HColumnDescriptor("content"));
admin.createTable(tableDesc);
