You are asking for 3 different things.

To get the code of Linux (the kernel) go to: http://www.kernel.org

For the code of the shell there are many places depending on what exacly
you want.

For graphical environment, again there are many options, for GNOME go to
http://www.gnome.org for KDE go to http://www.kde.org, these are only
the two most common graphical environments, there are more. The
graphical environment is usually making use of X11, the code for X11 you
can get from http://www.x.org

So when you say I want to get the code, you should be more specific, we
are talking about millions of line of code and documentation.
