Bezeq can in theory kill all the competition by just reaching into their deep pockets, and the fact that they have already paid back their infrastructure build costs (or at least of it), and kill all competition when it comes to phones. IBM 25 years ago, could kill any competition by just doing nasty things. The only reason Microsoft cannot have the benefit of "Buy us or else..." is the fact that they control too large portion of the market.
