The features for the Version 0.2 release is discussed and decided on the
mailing list, noted on the wiki http://wiki.apache.org/hama/RoadMap
And, here's a few things to be refactored:
1) In hama-default.xml, the "bsp.peers.num" property seems should be removed.
2) Let's create a constant for the "bsp.working.dir".
3) Let's rename the class "InterTrackerProtocol" to a proper name for the
master-slave protocol.
