Due to the expected size of the datasets, I might be useful to consider a
binary RDF format such as HDT
(http://www.w3.org/Submission/2011/SUBM-HDT-20110330/). We are finishing a Java
implementation, please contact me if, at some point, you decide to incorporate
an HDT importer/exporter. Regards
