I think we're ready to start the process of graduating from the Apache
Incubator to TLP.
We've already made 3 releases (Hama 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) following Apache
guidelines, added 5 new committers, 3 new PPMC members and our
community activity[1] is also quite good. We have a ability to attract
continuously new contributors and users.
I'm +1 for graduation to TLP..
