Hi Edward,
          The class not found exception is gone. I placed my program in lib.
Secondly I noticed another thing. When my program gives the command for matrix
multiplication. I get this as O/P

03/04/28 21:46:33 INFO jvm.JvmMetrics: Initializing JVM Metrics with
processName=JobTracker, sessionId=
03/04/28 21:46:33 WARN mapred.JobClient: Use GenericOptionsParser for parsing
the
arguments. Applications should implement Tool for the same.
03/04/28 21:46:33 INFO mapred.HTableInputFormatBase: split: 0->aphrodite:,
03/04/28 21:46:34 INFO mapred.JobClient: Running job: job_local_0001
03/04/28 21:46:34 INFO mapred.HTableInputFormatBase: split: 0->aphrodite:,
03/04/28 21:46:34 INFO mapred.MapTask: numReduceTasks: 1
03/04/28 21:46:34 INFO mapred.MapTask: io.sort.mb = 100
03/04/28 21:46:34 WARN mapred.LocalJobRunner: job_local_0001

Is my job running locally ? Why is it running locally ?

Thank You
