I just got a chance to try this on my own OSX 10.4.10, and unfortunately I
can't reproduce this. I guess we'll have to debug remotely... what's in
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/haml-1.7.1/lib/haml/{exec,html}.rb?
