I'm seeing the same problem occuring when running my app through
Passenger. Adding require 'haml' fixed it in Mongrel (and my test
suite, if that matters). I'm going to put together a barebones app to
verify there's nothing in my app that could be causing this, but since
it works in mongrel I'm not too optimistic.
