I've just released Haml 2.2.8. If you use Haml, you're strongly recommended to upgrade. The only change is a fix for an XSS vulnerability - the same one that in Rails that was mentioned here: http://groups.google.com/group/rubyonrails-security/browse_thread/thread/48ab3f4a2c16190f .
