Html2haml used to come bundled with Haml prior to version 4. You might want
to uninstall Haml 3.1.4 to make sure the right version gets run. Also make
sure you're running the very latest html2haml - a few prereleases back
there was a bug with html2haml loading the wrong version of Haml.

The latest version also now sets Hpricot as a dependency, so as long as
you're running the latest version you shouldn't see that error.

Norman
