I've tried Amazon, emusic, 7-Digital and play.com. Currently I prefer Amazon, purely because of price. One I looked at a while ago, which is pretty innovative, is Sharkbyte [1] which is a p2p purcahse service. Not sure if it's legal, but they claim they contribute money to the record companies. You get to preview all the tracks online. There used to be a client which you downloaded and then it scoured your music and if anyone bought one of your tracks, you got a slice of the payment (which was pretty negligible if I remember correctly). I'm not sure if this service is still running though. You can go to the clunky flash site and listen to full tracks that they have on their network at the moment.
