The DNS system is a distributed data base.
Each domain has a "zone" file that maps names to IP addresses.
The "zone" file can refer to other systems that might contain the sub-zone file.
Currently, the "zone" file for startx.co.uk should stored on:
87.83.158.197 (persephone.myth.co.uk)
and
213.129.93.211 (hades.myth.co.uk)

Unfortunately, both of those hosts are saying that they do not wish to
respond to requests for that "zone".
So, your startx.co.uk domain is unable to be resolved to IP address.

You need to find out where your "zone" files are stored and then make
sure the "co.uk" zone file points to it.
It sounds to me that whoever runs those two hosts persephone and hades
has made a mistake.
In the mean time, find out what your IP address is for startx.co.uk,
and let your wife type the IP address into the web browser instead of
the name.

Based on the fact the even hades.myth.co.uk is not responding
correctly to requests for hades.myth.co.uk, causes me to suspect the
hades and persephone machines as being the root cause of your
problems.

Kind Regards

James
