A quick confirmation that the next meet is this Saturday (18th October)
with the usual start time of 1pmat Broad Oak Sports and Social Club.
To confirm arrangements, i won't be there but I have arranged to leave
the PLUG box at the venue on Friday. This has the extension cables,
donations penguin, sign in sheet and pens, etc. ready to be used. As the
router runs of my 5G phone connection I won't be able to leave "the
internet" in the box, but details are there to use the Broad Oak Wi-Fi.
There is a chance that I will appear close to 6pm (cold, wet and
dishevelled), but that will depend on how the boat lift out progresses
(we have 41 to do over the weekend and I am very much hoping that
doesn't go into Sunday afternoon as I have another engagement). The PLUG
box can be left packed away at the end and I will collect it on my way
home and sort out everything with Broad Oak then.
Have a good meet, and see you in November (unless you are still there
when i collect the box - although that doesn't preclude seeing you in
November as well!).
Be there or be somewhere completely different.
