No it's not called spell checking - it's called returning English for bad words. It's not spell checking, it's a mechanism to return English words when I type it mixed with Vietnamese. No current IME would prevent or whine when I type wrong spelling Vietnamese words. Nothing whould whine when I type "sinh đẹp xững xờ." And if you do spell checking from the IME you're doing it wrong. In KDE I have spell (and grammar) checking on every freaking single box on every freaking single program on every freaking language I can imagine. Same thing to Mac.
