Actually it's a setting for the kernel so it behaves better in a virtual
machine, not a HAProxy setting..    Add it to the kernel lines in
/boot/grub/grub.conf and reboot.  your virtual installs will idle with much
less cpu usage.

I have no idea what "divider=10" is... but I'm sure I'll figure it out as I
start getting myself familiar with HAProxy. :)
