I am late releasing this version on haproxy.debian.net. I have issues
with compiling for ARM64. There is a known bug in recent version of QEMU
segfaulting on ARM64 userland emulation. Previously, I was able to just
downgrade to an older version of QEMU, but this does not work anymore. I
suppose there was some changes in recent kernel versions. I'll need to
try again in a VM.
