There's no emergency, and given that it's the summer vacation period, I'll leave the question open one or two extra -dev for others to have some time to chime in. The change remains very simple, so it can be done late without problem if there's consensus around it (which I expect since already you an Nicolas are in favor of it). Most of the work will be to add an entry in the wiki's breaking changes page :-) Thanks! Willy
